    Support & Testing Associate

    Hyderabad, Telangana

    We are looking for a Support & Testing Associate to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and help our customers install applications and programs. Support & Testing Associate responsibilities include testing the product software, resolving issues and provide immediate support to your customers. If you’re naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain technical details simply, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will be a person our customer’s trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems and functional problems.

    Roles & responsibilities:

    The work will be part of Incident management and testing along with responsibilities are:

    1. Customers issues or questions to be quickly understand the root of the problems and solving it, response to tickets within a timeline
    2. Communicate with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
    3. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, remote installation of applications and software configuration for the ticket assigned
    4. Co-ordinate and communicate with the Netherlands support team
    5. Daily handover of pending cases of previous and next shift colleagues
    6. Co-ordinate with development team while internal testing
    7. Prepare accurate test case documents and timely reports of test results
    Requirements:

    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

    Fluent speaking in English
